A dependable man, a loyal brother, and someone you could always count on.
Till We Meet Again...
Tillwe meet again in Heaven, there are things we want to say now… and things we will keep saying in our hearts every day until that time comes.
A Few Words in Honor of You:
Wynn was not a perfect man—and he would be the first to tell you that. He had a rough exterior… but inside, he was deeply loyal, dependable, and caring. The people who stayed close to him saw that clearly.
He was a man you could count on. If something needed to be done, Wynn did it. If someone needed help, Wynn showed up. No fanfare. No excuses. Just quiet, steady reliability.
He carried a kind of “Are you going to bother me?” attitude—a little rough around the edges, maybe even a little ogre-like at times—but underneath it all was a man who cared deeply about his family. He didn’t always say it… but he showed it. And if you were one of the people he cared about, you knew it—because he was there when it mattered.
He was constantly helping. Helping Greg. Taking Norma—Mom—to the store. Sitting with family in the hospital. Picking people up from the airport, taking them where they needed to go. Not because he had to… but because that’s who he was.
If you were facing trouble of any kind, Wynn is exactly who you would want beside you. He was steady. Capable. Unshakable when it mattered most.
In the later years of his life, Wynn may not have attended church—though you could say Starbucks became something of a routine—but he lived the core of what matters most: to do good, to be dependable, to serve others. He didn’t talk much about faith, but he lived a life that reflected it.
He had a strong sense of order and responsibility. He kept things clean, put things away, and never expected others to clean up after him. That may seem small, but it speaks volumes. It reflects a man who was respectful, self-reliant, and mindful of others.
Wynn was real. What you saw was what you got. No pretense. No performance. Just a man doing his best to take care of the people and responsibilities placed in his life.
We will remember him for his strength… his dependability… his willingness to help… and the quiet way he showed his love. He was exactly the kind of man you wanted in your corner.
We love you, Wynn. And we look forward to the day we see you again.
